I am happy to report...


It's been a long and windy journey so far, but I can say that it's all been worth it, the good and the bad. I can proudly say that I am still steadily losing weight, and I don't do much exercise other than walking or aquatics. I eat healthy and I drink plenty of water and make sure I am good on m electrolyte levels.

I take vitamins, which I actually have been out of for about 3 months... That's probably why my pain levels and fatigue is back, but I'm working on getting back on my regular regimen.

I really love being able to share my progress, frustrations and thoughts with you all. I'm taking it one day at a time!
