Sharing my goals...

There are some goals that I am currently trying to work on and I just wanted to share those with you all. I feel if I put it out there, it will help me stick to them a lot better.
1. Manage my chronic pain.
2. Walk at least once a day for 15-30 minutes.
3. Get healthier so I can feel better physically.
4. Lose 90 more pounds. 
5. Post at least one positive post every day.
6. Drink more water every day.
7. Eat even more fruit and vegetables every day.
8. Post at least one or two healthy recipes a day for my friends.
9. Think of ways to remain motivated.
10. Share my progress with my friends.
11. Get myself in a position so I can finally visit the beach.
12. Be happy and content!
